HealthInfo is a health information website for people in Canterbury, brought to you by the Canterbury District Health Board (CDHB). You can access health information, fact sheets on different topics, descriptions of local health services and supports, as well as links to recommended websites for further reading and research.


Healthline is there to help you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.You can call Healthline on 0800 611 116 for free advice from their trained registered nurses.  Phone calls are free from within New Zealand. If you need to talk to someone in your own language, Healthline can usually arrange this using an interpreting service.


Youthline works with young people, their families and those supporting young people. Our organisations are made up of volunteer and paid staff members – and we have centres based across the country.


Kidshealth is a New Zealand website providing information about your children’s health. It is designed for New Zealand parents/caregivers and is a joint initiative between the Starship Foundation and the Paediatric Society of New Zealand.
