**We are now accepting new patient enrolments at this time.**

When enrolments are open, enrolling with Bishopdale Medical Center is a simple process that can be done online or in person. 

 

Visit the medical centre and speak with one of our support staff. They will guide you through the enrollment process, help you fill out the necessary forms, and provide you with any additional information you may need. You will need to bring your ID and supporting eligibility documentation with you when you come to enrol.
